Thanks for using our products and services (“Services,” “we,” “us”). By using our Services, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.
You must follow any policies made available to you within the Services.
Don’t misuse our Services. For example, don’t interfere with our Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You may use our Services only as permitted by law. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.
Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access. You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Serives. Don’t remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our Serivces.
In connection with your use of the Services, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages, and other information. You may opt out of some of those communications (see “Privacy Policy” section).
Some of our Services are available on mobile devices. Do not use such Services in a way that distracts you and prevents you from obeying traffic or safety laws.
You must have a Check Mail Online account in order to access our Services. The account will be assigned to you and you may choose to change the username/email and password. To better protect you, try not to use a password that is the same as other applications you are currently or have previously used.
Your account will be assigned to you by an administrator upon the start of your service. The account may be created by an employee of Check Mail Online or employee of our customers, in most cases, mailbox owners and their employees. Your administrator, or employee of Check Mail Online or employee of our customers may be able to access or disable your account.
Liability for our Services
Our Services allow the employee of our customers or our customers to send messages through our services to mailbox users. Check Mail Online will not be responsible for any damage caused by these messages.
About these Terms
We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to our Services to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. You should look at the terms regularly. We will post notice of modification to these terms on this page. We’ll post notice of modified additional terms in the applicable Service. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than fourteen days after they are posted. However, changes addressing new functions for a Service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modified terms for Service, you should discontinue your use of the Service.
Our Warranties and Disclaimers
We provide our Services using a commercially reasonable level of skill, but there are certain things that we don’t promise about our Services. Other than as expressly set out in these terms or additional terms, Check Mail Online make any specific promises about the services. For example, we don’t make any commitments about the reliability, availability, or ability to meet your needs. We provide the services “as is” but we do strive to make an effort to increase reliability, availability and to better meet your special needs.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties due to the nature of our business.
Linked Sites
The Site may include third-party sites that are not under the control of Check Mail Online, and Check Mail Online is not responsible for any content on any linked sites. If you access a third-party site from the Site, then you do so at your own risk. Check Mail Online provides an avenue to allow these third party sites as a convenience to the user and third party sites, to reach Check Mail Online users.
